Scott Cleland on FCC's Proposed Municipal Broadband Action

Scott Cleland has a good piece out explaining why FCC Chairman Tom Wheeler's idea to have the FCC preempt state bans on municipal telecom systems is not a good one. I encourage you to read it.

And thanks to Scott for citing the Free State Foundation's earlier blog on the subject.

This is an important subject with constitutional implications. I'm glad Scott added his voice to the growing concern.
