18 lunch seminar at the National Press Club. The event focused on ideas for
reforming communications law and policy in the year to come.
The event kicked off with a
conversation between FCC Commissioner Robert McDowell and Free State Foundation

Information Technology and Innovation Foundation's (ITIF) Robert Atkinson,
Heritage Foundation's James Gattuso, and Minority Media &
Telecommunications Council's David Honig. Mercatus Center's Adam Thierer, another
