of Nebraska Law School’s 6th Annual Space and
Cyber Law Washington, DC, Conference at the Willard Hotel, November 5, 2013.
The panel, titled "Regulation v. Market Based Mechanisms for The Internet’s
Future," discussion is structured around the 100 year anniversary of the
Kingsbury Commitment, the first antitrust consent decree relating to the U.S.
telecommunications system and arguably the beginning of modern regulation of
this system.
