Delaware Governor Signs Small Cell Legislation

Yesterday, Delaware Governor John Carney signed House Bill 189 - the Advanced Wireless Infrastructure Investment Act, streamlining the permitting process for the deployment of small cell wireless infrastructure. This legislation will expedite the implementation of 5G wireless technology that, according to an Accenture study, will create $109 million in economic activity in Wilmington, Delaware.
