Neomi Rao Nominated to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit

Earlier this week, President Donald Trump nominated Neomi Rao, Administrator at the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs (OIRA), to replace Judge Brett Kavanaugh on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit. We were very pleased that Neomi Rao gave a keynote speech at the Free State Foundation’s tenth annual telecommunications policy conference on March 27, 2018 at the National Press Club.
