On January 23, 2013, the Free State Foundation held a lunch
seminar to celebrate the publication of FSF's newest book, Communications Law and Policy in the Digital Age:
The Next Five Years. The new book is published by Carolina Academic Press.
Just released is an edited transcript of the seminar discussion,
moderated by FSF President Randolph May. The participants, along with their
