A Regulatory Time-Out
I love Sen. Susan Collins new bill that would that would impose a "regulatory time-out." The “time out” would be a year-long moratorium on “significant” rules, typically defined as those expected to cost $100 million annually. There are a lot of good regulatory reform proposals percolating in Congress.
