Research Fellow Michael Horney Testified on Maryland House Bill 654

On Thursday February 21, 2019, I testified before the Committee on Economic Matters in the Maryland General Assembly’s House of Delegates on House Bill (HB) 654 “Wireless Facilities - Installation and Regulation.” In my written testimony, which was prepared by me and Free State Foundation President Randolph May, I discussed a how small cell legislation, like HB 654, would streamline investment in small cell deployment throughout Maryland and accelerate the creation of the vast economic and social benefits of 5G technology.
